YS interior provides Client the service of project management. The project manager will arrange professionals in various fields of expertise in the design stages, including engineering team and design team.

The project manager will manage the daily construction work schedule, lead the construction design team, coordinate and arrange construction design work as well as guide construction drawings.

After fully understanding and incorporating the design intent and targets, our project engineers will follow company procedures related to the construction site, to review and follow up the project, to ensure that the design productions are according to the design scheme.

The project managers will also assist the main designer to better achieve the project goals and lead the team to complete the project.

All contacts with the project team would be through the Project Manager to ensure good communications between the two companies at all stages of the contract.
